The Application Process
We’re all about keeping things straightforward and getting back to you fast on your application. The IN3cubator process therefore looks like this:
- Fill out the questionnaire on the status of your business idea and your motivation. We will get back to you within five working days.
- We will then invite you to a video call with one of our team members to talk about how we can support you.
- If our goals and ideas match, you will get to know the founders Joachim and Andreas. Together you concretize the cooperation model.
- And if all clicks, you’re in! We’ll bring you into the IN3cubator program and start the onboarding process.
Who is behind the Incubator?

We are Joachim Lumpe and Andreas Holtschulte. We founded the IN3 Group in 2020. Since that start, six more companies have come on board with us. Our goal? To help ambitious founders turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.
